Your Own Healthy Concoctions !!

  1. This is my own personal version of a healthy delicious drink.

    I make this concoction every week, frozen fruit mixed in a blender with cranberry juice and freshly squeezed orange juice. :heart:

  2. I like Pomegranite juice blended with frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries.

    When I am not lazy, I blend fresh watermelon, fresh strawberries, some cold water and icecubes. So refreshing!

    pineapple juice, frozen yogurt (also add plain yogurt too) and bananas.
  5. Frozen berries, milk and a tablespoon of ground flax seed. If I want extra protein I add in some soft tofu.

    Flax is supposed to be so good for you and it is very filling. Sometimes this is my breakfast or late afternoon snack.
  6. myDH makes this and it sounds horrible but is DELICIOUS!!!

    ice, frozen berries, soy milk, OJ, one banana, one spoonfull of Peanut butter, and a small handful of coffee beans !!! .................. AWESOME:roflmfao:
