Personally not a fan of either for a guy, I prefer something more understated, like black or brown leather. But if I had to choose perhaps the red and green stripe?
Kavnadoo is right, a plain leather belt might be easier for a guy to use. colored belts are harder to match. but if the choise is really between the 2, i'd go for the monogram.
