When pedophiles go unchecked...

I just don't get it. They interviewed this guy on Fox11 LA news this morning, and on the following show, Mike and Juliet. He is horribly creepy, digusting, and doesn't deserve to be alive. He is getting the press attention so everyone knows to steer clear... but when they talk to him he seems as if he thinks he is doing nothing wrong. I don't know, it's a horrible situation and needs to be taken care of ASAP.
This seriously irritates me. I think people like him should lose all their civil liberties, I could care less about HIS rights!!! He is obviously publically advocating child sexual abuse, whether in print, online photos or physically and should be jailed. I am more concerned about the rights/safety of defenseless children than some pervert. It is bad enough that pedophiles are ruining children's lives with abuse but now there seems to be a trend in murdering their victims as well. I don't understand why he has to hurt someone before they can prove his guilt Why wait until its too late when they can prevent one more pedophile from harming someone's precious children?!
This is where castration, chemical or manual, needs to be mandatory upon a paedophile being convicted of a crime against children. I don't have children myself but could only imagine how a parent must feel about this sort of thing
I have been following this closely....and we have talked about this in my Criminal Law class.....and its all so f'd up. He just hasnt been caught yet....that is where the law is on his side. He hasnt done anything against the law, that is why he isnt in trouble. His domain is not registered here in the US...therefore he hasnt broken ANY US laws.
I am not even allowed, by law, to visit a site containing child porn (not that i would)....but I cant do that w/out getting in trouble. And if I wanted to do research on the topic and needed to visit those sites, id have to contact the FBI.
You want to know what is just as bad as this guy....

Unfortunately, everyone is entitled to the rights under our Constitution. If one hasnt broken a law (that can be proved) then there just isnt anything we can do.
The site is not on a US server; therefore, he isnt breaking any laws perse. It sucks.........it really sucks, but that is how it is. The only thing that can be done is for peopel to hound the country and the provider of which the server is on.
There is ONE good thing. We know who he is and what he is about. Think about all those whom we dont know about. Those are the ones whom we have to be afraid of. At least he can be watched and monitored. I wouldnt be suprised if someone is watching him 24/7.
Im really surprised that some "extremist" hasnt "taken him out" yet. Really surprised.

I agree.. I just gets me that sometimes police get inocent people and charge them (I've seen on TV shows when they charge people with not evidence whatsoever and they let them go after years in jail) I know it is illegal but I will put that SOB behind the bars ASAP and he could even have information about potential guys that are about to do something... there is so much people out there that is very scary....
I took my beautiful daughter to dinner to this little restaurant once and this guy wouldn't stop looking at her, she is nine years old... when I was ordering (at the counter)and she was seating he told her she was very pretty and when I found out I fricked out
and I told him "I dont like the way you are looking at my daugher, you are what?? 40.. stop doing it or they'll be consecuenses.. don't even talk to her.. 
We left right away
I just read about this guy, he's trying to sue the police department (here in southern CA, I forgot what city) that passed out flyers with his picture. He's "scared for his life".
