I bought a bag on eBay and it is not as described. The bag has nasty stains which the seller never mentioned on her auction. I emailed the seller that I want to return the bag but she refused. Now, I filed a complaint with paypal. This morning seller told me to return the bag for a refund. What if I return the bag and she won't refund me? Should I continue the paypal complaint or end it? By the way the seller has only one feedback. Thanks for the help ladies.
