I was looking at the following eBay auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290127055372

and I emailed the seller for more pictures of the bag. The seller directed me to look at another auction because the bag in his auction was the same:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290093569875

He said "Look at this auction for more pictures. It's the same bag and is too small for my stuff." After looking at the pictures in the other auction, it's pretty obvious that this first guy is using stolen pictures in his auction with the property tags removed. I'm fairly new to eBay so I'm not sure what to do. Should I report this first guy? If so, how do I do that? I don't want anyone to get ripped off.

Thanks!

I'm not trying to authentic this auction...I'm just trying to let people know. I don't know how to report him - that was my question.
I know, but in that thread is where we put everything with fakes and ebay and people doing stupid ebay things, etc.

no big deal, if you just go to the bottom of the auction page and click report this item there are some dropdown menus and u just go through it choosing the options (you'll need the item number for the one he copied from too).

hope that helps!

eBay says the pictures have to be my property to report them as being used in another auction. I emailed the original owner of the pictures to give him/her a heads up. Thanks for your help.
