What is this Chanel?

Hi all !
Just got this new Chanel bag and was wondering if anyone knows what collection it is from, what season and if it has a name.
Also, i'm having my doubts if this bag can be used any other season but summer. What do you think?

It's not really a formal bag, but I'd use it all the time regardless

Thank you so much!! I was kind of having doubts about it, since it's not a classic (or classy? Chanel bag, and that's what i really want, however , when i saw this i could not resist!
