  1. 1000m swim.
     
  2. Running 60 minutes per day
     
  3. One hour Zumba!
     
  4. Walking
     
  5. Yesterday: 60 mins yoga.
    Nothing today - I wish I'd gone swimming!
     
  6. 2.5 mile walk
     
  7. 6-7 mile run
     
  8. Today was a cross-train day (as part of my marathon training) - eliptical for 20 mins and weights.
     
  9. Tuesday

    4.5 mile run
     
  10. Awesome! What marathon are you training for?

    Today is my crosstraining day too. 3 mile warm-up run then a 1 hour boot camp session.
     
  11. treadmill 40 mins
     
  12. I did a cardio kickboxing circuit today
     
  13. Thursday

    14 mile bike ride
     
  14. 1 hour kickboxing
     
  15. 30 min jogging every alternative day
