Running 60 minutes per day
One hour Zumba!
Yesterday: 60 mins yoga.
Nothing today - I wish I'd gone swimming!
2.5 mile walk
6-7 mile run
Today was a cross-train day (as part of my marathon training) - eliptical for 20 mins and weights.
4.5 mile run
Awesome! What marathon are you training for?
Today is my crosstraining day too. 3 mile warm-up run then a 1 hour boot camp session.
treadmill 40 mins
I did a cardio kickboxing circuit today
14 mile bike ride
1 hour kickboxing
30 min jogging every alternative day
