  1. 2x brisk walk with dog
    1.5km swim
     
  2. Crunch-free Xtreme abs by Jackie
     
  3. Bodyrock 21 Day Bootcamp Day 1

    Les Mills Combat 60 Live
     
  4. T25 total body circuit and upper focus
     
  5. Jackie Warner one on one personal training all 3 workouts
     
  6. 60 minutes of zumba (then had a heavy lunch with gfs that I regretted)
     
  7. TurboFire Upper20 and Lower 20
     
  8. 3 mile run and T25 extreme circuit
     
  9. 2x brisk walk with the dog
    20min intensity spin cycle
    15min starter couples running session with DF - easing him into it :p
     
  10. 30 mins. jumping rope
    30 mins. stability ball exercise
     
  11. Yesterday:

  13. 2x brisk walk with dog
    20min intensity spin cycle
    15mins couples running
     
  14. Monday: 60 mins of Bollywood fit (love the music!) plus 4 flights of stairs for 8 times in a day (now I wish I work on the ground floor:p)
    Today: 45 mins of swim (weak legs can't kick after last night's Bollywood fun)

    The weather couldn't get any better!! Wish we can hv lunch outside on the grass.
