What did you eat today!?

  1. breakfast: expresso, gluten-free breakfast bar
    lunch: 2 slices of flaxseed toast, baby carrots, coffee
    dinner: rice with steamed chicken and green onions, tofu and seaweed broth, water
     
  2. breakfast:yogurt/coffee
    lunch:turkey sandwich w/ chips
    dinner: shrimp stir fry
    dessert: slice of pumpkin pie bar
     
  3. Today-

    Breakfast: Organic chai tea.
    Lunch: Skipped it.
    Snack: Chips w/salsa.
    Dinner: 6 garlic parmesan wings & celery sticks w/ranch.
     
  4. Had oysters, lobster and other sea stuff for lunch and then marrons glacés for dessert.

    lunch: grilled cheese
    dinner: poached eggs, bacon, pancakes


    saturday
    breakfast: scrambled eggs
    lunch: turkey sandwich
    dinner: penne with portabello in madeira sauce, salad, creme brulee
     
  6. Breakfast - egg whites with jalapenos and cheddar, toast, raspberries and coffee

    Lunch - one piece of schnitzel

    Dinner - Miso soup with rice noodles, mushrooms and tofu
     
  7. Breakfast: banana, 1/2 bagel, black coffee
    Lunch: ramen noodles
    Dinner: half a steak, toast with butter, tea
     
  8. Today-

    Breakfast: Skipped it.
    Lunch: Corn dog & two deep fried oreos. (went to the fair)
    Dinner: Still full from lunch...most likely nothing!

    dinner: grilled chicken w/ sweet potato and broccoli
    dessert: WW ice cream bar
     
  10. Breakfast: Egg puff on top of a piece of toast + Sbux Soy Chai Latte
    Lunch: Chicken Sandwich + Fried Pickles + Butterfinger cake (yummy!)
    Dinner: TBD

    dinner: rice with steamed red snapper, chives and tofu, herbal tea

    brunch: eggs benedict, fruit, & bloody marys
    dinner: parmesan chicken with mashed cauliflower & a salad
     
  13. Breakfast: Egg puff on toast
    Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich + bbq chips
    Dinner: Breaded chicken, sweet potatoes + corn on the cob
     
  14. Today-

    Breakfast: Coffee.
    Lunch: Apple pecan grilled chicken salad.
    Dinner: Minestrone soup w/crackers.
     
  15. breakfast - pancakes with tons of butter and syrup
    lunch - fried chicken, mashed patatos, and corn with coke
    dinner - olive garden chicken alfredo, a tiny bit of salad and about 4 of those garlic sticks, coke and tripple chocolate strata for desert
