Yes, I am sorry you are not happy.

The way it was shipped is unacceptable. PLEASE call that NM and make the shipping manager and handbag manager aware of the lack of care. First, it had to have been the SA that didn't put it in a Chanel box. Two, whoever is in their shipping dept which is usually only a small number most definitely should have put it in a box larger than the bag wrapped in tissue. Management needs to be made aware.

I have had this happen as well from some stores, but I must say I order from one NM mostly and it is always shipped with care. In fact the boxes are usually twice the size as the Chanel boxes with paper all around for protection.

Again, I am sorry for the bad experience. Such a dissapointment I know.
 
Wow! I agree with everyone else- what a horrible way to package and send such an expensive purchase! I would return it too, and I would definitely speak to someone about it. This shouldn't happen, period.
