Someone told me that the less you weigh the harder it is for you to lose weight. Kinda makes sense seeing as how someone weighing more has to burn more calories doing the same thing as someone who weighs less. I read about ppl. who are losing 5/10/20 lbs etc. but I really don't have a reference point to go from when trying to guage what a reasonable or achievable pace of weight loss is for me. Do any ppl. mind posting what their before vs after weight is and how quickly it took to lose that weight? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
