Well I wouldn't put it under a torch or anything but there was a topic awhile ago about if vernis was ok to use in the summer heat and it was a unanimous "yes." Lol.
They actually had the Vernis pegase on the runway in Spring/Summer 2002, I am not 100% sure about the year, but it seems like an awesome idea!
Just did some research and some quick math- by comparing the % difference in price of items mono and vernis forms I think I have a pretty good idea on pricing;
Vernis Premium over mono:
Cles 33%
Ludlow 31%
Agenda 17%
Bedford 34% (okay it's a stretch but it is comparable to the papillion)
So if it costs about 1/3 more than the mono pegase, the 50 should go for about $2,300 and the 60 (if made) should go for around $2,600.

WOW I guess it'll look so lovely. I feel a little bored with Mono & Damier pegase~I think a little shiny color from Vernis range will more interesting but not sure if can use it without get it mark, rub etc 
My friend has poor Mercer with any marks & rubs.
May we've to wrap it with plastic first before put it on cabin or baggage
