Well, can I suggest you this risotto for your dinner??? Ingredients: - Rice (more less 4 oz / 100 gr each person) - Butter (2 oz/50 gr.) - Onion - Broth (2 or 3 litres) - Strawberries - Champagne - Parmesan Cut into thin slices your onions (as many as you like), and put them in a pan with the butter. Make them golden. Put the rice in, and wait with medium flare for 1 or 2 minutes.It must not change color. Put 2 or 3 glasses of champagne in the pan, and as the champagne evaporates, turn the flare a little low and add broth as it evaporates. Add slices of strawberries, you can exceed with them!!! Continue to add broth as it evaporates, and when rice is fine, turn flares of and add parmesan. The more parmesan you add, the creamier it's gonna be, but it will taste less of strawberries...so taste it before adding too much parmesan!!! Rice must become a little grey purple/violet...enjoy it!!!
