U.S. price increase effective January 21, 2008

Price increase threads are always the thread I dread, but in the end always have to check.

While any increase definitely makes me sigh, I am grateful it isn't overly inflated, and based on the Euro-Dollar exchange, or popularity increases. For example, Chanel was downright ridiculous last year, with two huge jumps; in the spring and fall for roughly 25% increases each time on their most popular bags!

So while I am never happy to hear that my obsession will cost a little more, I am still relieved to find Hermes is not punishing the US for the decline in our currency value like it feels like a few other brands have. They have kept a wonderful product with exemplary quality constant, and service repair at uncomparable quality. Much more than many brands can claim.

Thats why I will stay brand loyal. :heart:
