Hello all! I'll be visiting my brother in Milton, FL. He just recently moved there and doesn't know the area that well. What are some things we can do there such as tourist attractions, shopping, recommended places to eat at, etc? Thanks in advance.

I think that you should go to Pensacola. It's only about 1/2 to 1 hr away.
Franco's downtown has some authentic Italian food. Yummy. The Cactus Flower Cafe is a local favorite Californian/Mexican style restaurant. Marble Slab Creamery is across from the mall and has the best ice cream.
Go to an Ice Pilots hockey game at the civic center. They might have some ice skating there, too. Cordova mall is pretty much "the mall" in that area. You could go to the Naval Aviation Museum. There is also a small art museum downtown. Go see a movie at the Rave. The new one on Bayou is the best one in town.
If you want to do some serious shopping, I would suggest going to Destin. They have the Silver Sands Outlet. It has stores like BCBG Max Azria, Michael Kors, Coach, Saks Off 5th, etc.
I can't think of much else, but I'm sure that I'm missing a few things.
