Just wanted to drop by and say hey! There is a site you guys may be interested in called Get The Gloss. It's a free newsletter and you get to video chat with industry insiders. I spoke to some guy called james from Freedom2train and he was amazing. Told me all the things I was doing wrong in my workout and how to maximise results. Maybe it was because it was free, but it is worth having a look.
