Tax free Cartier?

Tried on the Love bangle and cuff earlier this week for the first time. In Love! I'm in California; someone tell me why I shouldn't buy a $200 to Oregon to visit Cartier there to save on sales tax!

Legally you'd still owe the tax if you bring it back to California. No tax charged doesn't equal no tax owed, unfortunately.
