Taking Professional looking photos of your bags

^^^ I would say not a turn off but make sure the hand is clean and well groomed.

Is it a turn off when your hand is shown in the picture, say to keep the bag open for inside pics or turned upside down to take a pic of the bottom?

I would 100x rather see someone's hand than see a bag hung on a wire hanger.

A finger or two holding something open doesn't bother me in the least. I've seen people use pens, and that makes me nervous.
