The only reason i ever watch taiwanese drama is because of Wu Chun. Too cute!! :drool: Apparently he's very thin in real life and doesnt look as buff as he is. His house in Brunei is big and there's like a mini casino there. Lol. I assume it is just for show since its illegal to gamble in Brunei. I've also visited his gym in Brunei when i was on holiday there. He's too hot ;) I love hana kimi and hopefully part 2 will come out soon!

Taiwan's popular boy band F4 will become history as the lead singer Jerry Yan will leave the current company soon, the Fujian-based Southeast Express reports on Friday.

The pop singer and actor's contract with Wu Fu Long Production Company will come to an end in October, and it has been confirmed that he will not renew the contract. Jerry Yan launched his own studio "Star Jerry" back in 2005.

In order to develop his market in Japan, he signed in secret with Japanese Top boy group SMAP's agent Johnny and Associates to act as his new manager in June, thus becoming Kimura Takuya's junior colleague.

The other members of the group, including Ken Chu and Vanness Wu, will also face decisions regarding their contracts soon. Vanness Wu has already decided that he will not renew his contract at the end of this year, while Ken Chu also admitted that he was considering leaving.

Only Vic Chou will continue to work with the current agency, says the report.

The boy group swept Southeast Asia with their popular youth idol TV drama "Meteor Garden", and since 2000 the members have pursued their own career paths.

I saw Wu Zun in July when I was in Taiwan! He was every bit as cute as he is on tv.

Anyways, Fang Yang De Xin Xin is nice too, I love Corner with Love. Definitely recommend this, not too draggy, and I think there's a sequel in the works

Wu Chun looks so skinny in pictures that I have seen.

I sometimes read about these stars, I hardly watch their shows though. Which Wu Chun drama is worth checking out? Hanazakarino Kimitachihe? Is it suitable for people in the 30's and up?

Some ladies (in the 50's) I met at a video store suggested that I watch certain Taiwanese shows as well; they said like they like those with happy endings only. One of them likes Wu Chun, the other likes Hsu Shao Yang. They recommended Tokyo Juliet.

bag.lover. You can leave Hana Kimi out which is the latest one with Wu Zun. I couldn't even bear to finish watching the serial. I didn't watch Tokyo so I can't comment on that.

I prefer to watch only serials that is out of the school story line. For the latest ones, I recommend, Why Why love, Corner with love, Fang Yang De Xing Xing (I think its called Lucky Star)

I'm looking forward to Wu Chun latest drama with Zhang Shao Han. It's called Romantic Princess and its about a poor girl who became some aristocrat princess. It's going to premier 16/9 so i can't wait to watch that. And Hana Kimi is definitely suitable for all ages. IMO Taiwanese dramas aren't really that 'drama' like Hongkong ones. They are usually made to cater to the teens making it more of an idol series. It's good for entertainment and laughs i guess. :yes:

(星島日報 報道)憑台劇《花樣少年少女》迷倒萬千少女的吳尊 ，一度被誤會是由其緋聞女友Ella發掘出來的，但真正的「伯樂」其實是著名製作人黃萬伯，吳尊亦不諱言︰「沒有他就沒有我！」

　　一直有傳S.H.E成員Ella正是發掘吳尊的人，但真相並非如此，獨具慧眼的正是著名台劇製作人黃萬伯，Ken的作品包括《東方朱麗葉》、《花樣少年少女》和新作《我家小妹》，早前吳尊回到汶萊開設第二間健身室，Ken亦相伴在側，兩人更被周刊偷拍到在泳池暢泳的照片！

　　Ella家姐男朋友

　　吳尊和Ken首度一同接受專訪，訪問一開始，吳尊先揭開Ken與Ella的秘密關係︰「很多人誤會是Ella發現我，其實是Ken，他是Ella二家姐的男朋友，沒有他就沒有我！」兩年前因為一部《東方朱麗葉》令二人結緣。

　　當時同劇演出《東方朱麗葉》的任達華 和女主角林依晨 已準備就緒，只欠一個男主角，令身為製作人的Ken大為頭痛，他憶述︰「試鏡試了好多人都找不到適合的，那一天我跟女朋友去看電影，剛好他(吳尊)又是看同一場，坐在我的斜對面，雖然只看到他的側面，但都有眼前一亮的感覺，戲結束之後，我就過去送上名片，而他亦很爽快地答應來試鏡！」

　　付出努力換成就

　　彷如一般電視劇的橋段，兩人一拍即合，誤打誤撞後，吳尊便由模特兒變為男主角，Ken形容當時的吳尊︰「國語講得不好，拍戲不能只靠臉，還是需要演技，幸好他是一個很努力的人，雖然中文不是看得很懂，大部分對白都是要由英文發音，但他堅持每一場戲，熟讀所有對白才會到片場！」聽到伯樂如此稱讚自己，吳尊突然起身，作狀拿錢獎勵他。

　　今時今日的「萬人迷」，昔日卻是「怕醜仔」，Ken大爆吳尊的醜事︰「以前只要有人碰到他，他整個臉都變紅，在汶萊出生的他，除了打籃球外，很少會看見很多人，有一場戲拍攝他在台上講話，台下有百多人，全程他都表現得非常緊張，落後台即時跟我說，這輩子第一次在這麼多人面前講話！」

　　亦師亦友最投契

　　成功的背後，吳尊都經過一段艱苦的日子，由汶萊飛到台灣 拍劇，人生路不熟，朋友不多，演戲時被導演指罵，一度想揮拳還擊，又很想大聲的說︰「我不做了！我要回汶萊」幸得Ken在身邊，吳尊坦言︰「每當我遇到困難，他都會幫我解決問題，拍戲時候壓力好大，經常會莫名其妙地流眼淚，我會即時找他傾訴！」兩人關係亦師亦友，性格十分相似，同樣是追求完美的人，正如《花樣》中一隻巨型狗，Ken都花了數個月去訪尋，平日二人都會相約食飯和打籃球，鬼馬的吳尊刻意跟記者說︰「他會帶我去把妹(追女仔)，寫他是花心男孩！」搞到Ken緊張地澄清︰「這個沒有呀！」

RE Why Why Love:

It started out cute and funny but dragged on eventually. The only redeeming factors are Mike and Kingone. I stopped watching after episode 7.

Yeah...best looking Taiwanese Actors are Wang Lee Hom, Wu Zun (definitely HIM!!) and Mike He.

Whew!! Turn on the AC please!!

【明報專訊】吳尊 與張韶涵 昨日為《公主小妹》宣傳，兩人跳華爾滋谷收視，表現合拍，沒有互踩的情。吳尊對於仔仔(周渝民 )的《美味關係》對撼，他說自己跟仔仔是不一樣，他的身材比仔仔強壯。

張韶涵在旁指吳尊的說話似影射仔仔不夠強壯，吳尊笑指記者都在設陷阱害他呢！轉頭吳尊在狂吃蛋糕，不知不覺與仔仔比較。他邊吃邊說記得大S指仔仔吃得很少，這方面也是他們相異之處，因為他吃很多。明道同時有劇集上映，對這位對手，吳尊只說不了解對方。

【明報專訊】吳尊 果然是火紅人氣天王，根據最近台灣 一分網絡民意調查顯示，吳尊在網友的支持度上，比起前輩周渝民 （仔仔）及明道多出達2倍，果然是人紅氣勢勁。

明晚（周日）開始台灣的電視劇就進入一個新的戰國時代，因為吳尊演出的《公主小妹》與仔仔的《美味關係》及明道的《野櫻3加1》及棒棒堂的《黑糖瑪奇 朵》都會播出，所以被互比人氣與收視率，各電視台更做足宣傳。而在這場戰爭開戰前，有網絡進行超級偶像大比併的網路調查，看看那位偶像及劇集會最受歡迎，截至昨天的投票，吳尊的票達9729票（支持率50.1%），接是明道得到3753票，仔仔得到3685票，棒棒堂則是2248票，吳尊大勝另外兩位前輩，不過吳尊自己就保守地估計會有2.8%收視點，不敢過於自信會贏梗。

Aurora & Prettyfit: Thanks for your thoughts and recommendations. I am really curious about Wu Chun, I would like to see one of his works someday.

Corner with Love is recommended by some members here too. It's described as a Chinese version of Korean drama Full House (Rain, Song Hye Kyo), is it true? I hestitate to watch remakes in various languages, the stories become too similar. I saw Meteor Garden not too long ago & still have to start/finish Mars, I will hold off on Corner with Love; don't like Barbie enough to watch 3 dramas of hers in a short time frame. =)

How is My Lucky Star? It has Jimmy Lin in it right? I remember him winning many girls' heart with his cute look back then, his fans competed with Aaron Kwok's fans. From certain pictures, Wu Chun's smile is similar to Jimmy's.
