Very cute bag. Sometimes some of the SA are really snooty. I guess they think since the work there, they are better than you with the phoney french accents.

Very cute bag. I have experienced terrible services at LV in Montreal many times. Found 2 nice SA and will only go when they are there. I call ahead of time.
ughh snotty SAs..I went to Lee gardens few months ago, but I never encountered such snotty b*****... btw, love your new mini pochette congrats
hehe yah... i hate stepping in high end boutiques in hk cause i always go back with no designer brands (scary customs)... so i never get service.

Yes, the SA who sold me the monogram shawl was very patient and helpful. I was asking for the look book and she had no clue what I was talking about (since I was speaking English--I rarely speak Chinese when I go to LV!
) but kept handing me different things...at least she was trying!
