I just bought one of these card holders off ebay. Not the same design but just plain red. 12$ US.. We'll see how it works out.

Sorry about all of the other stuff. These were from the "what is your bag" thread. The second pic shows exactly how I use it...The zip is always open so I can easily stuff receipts in.

You know, the SA at my LV recommened a zippe organizer for the same situation I was having. It does work as a receipt holder, but I don't know how much space you need. I realized that was too big once I bought it.
