I had to wear bandaids to prevent blisters probably the first 5 or more times. They were really rough on my heels at first then felt great after being broken in.
I have three pairs, one pair of 5050 in black suede and two Lowlands in suede. I love them. I wear the 5050 daily as I find them more comfortable. The Lowlands slide a bit, but it is an easy fix to just fasten the ties at the back.
I love that brown color for the Lowlands!
at saks off 5th - all 5050 were $ 320 - run ladies!~!
I’m going to bring them back even though the store doesn’t take returns. It’s strange that there is no identification in the boots.Question about authentic boots.
I purchased a pair at a consignment store. They are thigh high suede with hidden wedge. The liner is made of velvet and there is no label or style number in the boots. There is the Stuart Weitzman logo on the trend of the boots. One side says Stuart and one side says Weitzman.
I tried googling and did not find any with a hidden wedge. I am guessing these are a much older model.
Anyone have thoughts?
