I received a call from my SA. He told me he put aside something special that was still wrapped in plastic. He said come when you can but not if it rained.
It proceeded to rain for a week.
On the only clear day, I called the store and was told that my SA would be in at 12:30pm. I rushed to the store (about 1 hour away) knowing that I had to return to pick up my children from school at 2:45pm.
I walked in the H store and asked for my SA as per usual. A lovely SA said "Oh, he does not work today." Yikes!! I told her and the manager who walked by that I had expressly called to avoid any mistakes.
Well it was a mistake in reading the time schedule by another SA.
I was a bit frustrated but the manager said that he could help and pulled out:
