Strange Food-Related Question

  1. I'm hungry so anything that has to do with food sounds really good right now. Anyways, I got an email from a French restaurant close to work and they are promoting a summer menu. I'm trying to save money so I'm ONLY going to go once this summer and I want to make sure I pick a good one. Now, if you can choose the 4-course meal, which one will you pick below? TIA:flowers:

  14. I'd go with the soup with the pastry shell, Rebecca salad, steak with Bearnaise, and creme brulee. Aside from the salad, I would be too lazy to make a pastry shell from scratch, or make Bearnaise, or make creme brulee at home. Also, tilapia is an inexpensive fish so you'd get more bang out of getting the steak or lamb if it's a prix fixe menu

I went out to eat recently, and I had the most DELICIOUS escargot! It was served with grilled buttery, cheesy, garlicky French bread, (I was only brave enough to eat it off the bread, but . . . mmmmmm!)
