breakfast:

one rye bread roll (well not a proper roll, but they come in pretty thin pieces that split into two) with hummous (home made :drool: ), one rye bread roll with turkey and a bit of cheese

orange juice

a tomato

lunch:

1 pan fried chicken breast with nomu plucked seasoning
cous-cous with cashew nuts, raisins and 3 grated carrots (bulks up the cous cous nicely :biggrin: )

dinner:

leek&potato instant soup (vile, i'm buying a different kind tomorrow)
one of those rye bread things with hummous

other:

a few tomatoes
cup of tea
a bunch of frozen diet coke
four squares of chocolate (and it's taking all the will power i have not to eat the remaining eight!)
two pieces of candy
a bunch of water and diet coke

sugar addict? check. diet? check. arghhhh..
 
Was in Miami all day today for work. Crap food day. And by crap, I mean bad for you and super tasty :P

HAHAHA this is hilarious.

I had some whole wheat pasta tonight with a sauce I sort of....created from sauteed garlic,mushrooms,onions,white wine and parsley.

Had some sunflower seeds and welchs fruit snacks.

Had about 3 cups of coffee, a diet coke, a vitawater

AM on my third beer of the night...... I'm on my period too.......this is dessert ;)
 
B'fast: steamed veggies (brocolli and mushrooms)
15g of protein powder mixed with water

Morning snack: 20g cheese
coffee

Lunch: low-calorie instant pasta
1 chupa chup
coffee

Afternoon:
coffee

Dinner: 2 thick slices of white radish in clear soup
2 spoons of protein powder mixed with water
1/2 small apple
small piece of chocolate
 
Breakfast: 2 glasses of fasting tea& 1 multivitamin, 4 slices of rusk with home-made jam and 7 spoons of plain white yoghurt.

Lunch: a medium-sized helping of pasta with tomato/vegetable sauce.

Dinner: fruit.

and some chocolate covered cashews
