It is gorgeous and you absolutely can pull it off. I think it goes great with your coloring.

As far as the veins, I don't exactly think your bag is veiny. I think there is a difference between veiny and distressed. To me, if the lines have the same color as the bag, then it is distressed. If the lines are whitish, then it is veiny.

congrats girl on your first bbag! what a great choice, i just love the violet color so much! it goes with almost everything (for me anyway!)... both you and the bag look gorgeous =) congrats again!

^^^Um...Yes!! LOL (How'd ya know!?LOL) My next purchase will be a black bag (??) w/sgh!

It makes me not love my other bags quite as much! The leather makes me wonder what I loved about LV!:nuts: Sshhh....
