I had that problem but just crossing them helped. It's too cute to let some straps mkae you go off it i think.

i'm not sure about the popincourt, but i do have the tulum pm. it is a great size. the strap is perfect--never slips.

Really ?! Oh no, I don't have problems with any of my strappy bags, PH, BH or BV. Have you tried just wearing it with both on top of one another ? This seems to be just fine with me !

I had problems with the straps slipping on my petit bucket..I crossed them, too, but even then, I'm glad I know this about the PH. The PB straps drove me nuts until I figured out how to cross them.
