BNY does carry the shrug. i believe it is part of the motorcycle style.

i don't own a shrug, but i tried on a magenta about a week ago @ the nyc store...they don't have tassles or a zipper top (although the one i saw had a magnetic closure) & i'm not sure about the mirror :wondering
