As far as I know, the 1st release didn't have those. At least my saddle Surrey Satchel didn't have one included (a true 1st release, straight from Coach, numbered and everything). I still have the envelope with all the tags and papers for that one that came with it, and no booklet.

Yes my Sureey was first release straight out of JAX as well and don't recall a booklet. Thanks!
