I loooooooooooooooooove it I like it with pasta and in sandwiches.

My favourite sandwich:

1 ciabatta (cut in half and toasted)
1 slice of smoked salmon
a couple of slices of fresh cucumber
Philadelphia cream cheese spread on the ciabatta
freshly ground black pepper

And volia!!!

I love smoked salmon. I usually eat it in sandwiches (bread, salmon, cucumber, tomato) or on crackers/bagels with creme cheese. The one they sell at Costco is really good.

I love smoked salmon I eat it at least 4 time a month. I know its expensive so I save some of my book club to buy it.
