I personally dont ship to Singapore anymore. But I would pack the bag in question up like you were shipping it and take it to the post office. Get a quote from them. Make sure you ship via GLOBAL EXPRESS so you can track it AND insure it also. I dont recommend shipping to Singapore, but just make sure its insured and can be tracked. It will cost the buyer alot, probably around $50 with insurance.
