DO NOT File a claim with paypal this early. If you do and you recieve the bag and it is fake, you will not be allowed to file a SNAD. I think you have 45days to file.... at least 30 for sure.

This is excellent advice, because a few years ago I was in this situation. I purchased an LV Cerises Speedy but never heard from the seller. I filed a not received claim. Lo and behold, on the last day before the claim would have been closed, they shipped the bag. They provided the tracking number and the case was closed.

When I received the bag, it was fake. PP would not allow me to open a 2nd complaint on the same item. Thankfully I got my money back from Amex.

Moral of story: wait until you receive it.

I am also waiting for a lv wallet I purchased. It has been 6 days I emailed the seller 3 times asking if item has been shipped and no response. I am going to file with paypal if I don't get a response. I am alittle uncomfortable calling the seller as I want everything I say in writing. Good Luck!
