Share your tips on what helps you reaching your personal goals this year !!!

  1. New year, new resolutions or goals (as I prefer to call them)...either it´s losing weight, eating healthy, work on a project, redecorate your flat, socializing more,..etc... Do you have any sort of tips/suggestions to help reaching them ??
    Keep a journal (real or virtual), go on support websites, post its all over the house, treat yourself if you reach it, time frame/countdown ???
