Seller is MIA and I want a refund

  1. A little less than a month ago I ordered this Givenchy Nightingale Bag on eBay for around $400 (If you want to see it, I have it in the Authenticate This! section);
    And anyways, the item came from the UK so it took literally FOREVER to get here, so I just recieved the bag today. Anyways, the more and more I look at the bag and research Givenchy's - I get this total feeling that this bag must be a fake.
    I have e-mailed the seller several times within the past week(s) and he offers no responce. However, the auction said that I had 3 days to decide if I liked the bag, and if I didn't than I could return the bag for the cost I purchased minus a 10% restocking fee.
    What do you all think? What should I do? Should I escalade to paypal?

  2. File a claim with paypal, there is no restocking fee if the bag is fake, and they will reefund your original shipping if they decide in your favor. The DC# should show that it only arrived today, make sure you file soon I believe you only have 45 days.

  3. Agreed, file a claim right away. You will not pay a 10% restocking fee.
