Thanks What did the other three horn scarf rings look like? Where they dark or light as RBBs scarf ring?

I didn't see the other three, sorry. When they brought the boxes up from the stockroom, they were still factory-sealed, and I liked the first one she opened so I bought it and didn't ask to see the others.

I went to Britex Fabrics here in San Francisco and got a bunch of vintage horn, shell, and lucite buckles to use with scarves. They work great!

I've been eyeing this (non-H) scarf ring on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=360036704751&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=023), but can't figure out how a round ring with no middle would work. Can someone please enlighten me? Thanks!

^^An SA showed me with a regular 35 inch carre, and she just pulled both ends through and moved it up.

I would love to see some photos of scarf rings used with cashmere shawls. What kind works best?

I need to get that Cosmos! Here's my horn Chain d'Ancre scarf ring. I LOVE this ring because it's lightweight and so pretty (it's iridescent!), and it goes with everything. You wouldn't think so, but it really does!

This is also one of my favorites. I love how well horn goes with everything. I have seen black horn as well and it is quite nice!
