MM... that dress is just too busy and frilly. She really looks better when she goes with simpler silhouettes and clean lines.

12-1/2 years, what an odd anniversary to make such a big deal of. Is that perhaps a cultural thing? Sidenote: our anniversary is November 11th, so close to Mary & Frederik.

I like Kate's hair up, and I really like the wide-brimmed hat on her.

Yes, its seems the copper anniversary is a Danish thing. According to U.S.Google the copper anniversary is the 7th year of marriage so the 12 1/2
years is a thing in Denmark.

He is okay but he is still wearing the neck brace. He should be able to go without the brace in a few weeks. He's also still doing his public
duties and engagements.
