Reuters report says: LVMH is sueing eBay!

I narrow my searches down to only items in the U.S. and I notice a LOT less fakes. Of course, the most prevalent ones I notice are the Cherry Blossom fakes..ugh. I never hesitate to report fakes, especially the stupid expensive ($50 and up) ones that people keep bidding on. Whether they think these things are real or what, I have no idea.
Anyway, this is good news..I hate having to weed out the fakes in my searches myself.

if you ask me, knowing the kind of things fake bag production supports, eBay is lucky they havent been tried for supporting terrorism, drug cartels etc. They are lucky its only LVMH and Dior thats going after them for the moment

I don't know how many bags I have reported as fake, only to have eBay give me the standard pre-written response. I don't think eBay has pulled one auction that I have reported--and some of these auctions were blatant fakes!
