Replacing hardware on LE items

I have a quick question...I'm thinking of buying a CB retro on ebay (it's a really good price). problem is....the little metal studs have little rust spots on them. I am afraid to try and clean them because they are attached to the leather. Can LV replace these?
Other than those spots the bag is flawless...but I am so picky that I know they'll bother me.

I am not sure but if you take the Cherry Blossom Retro in for repair, the LV repair center might have some left over to replace it with. Im sure they keep some leftover stock for occasions like these.
