Replacement Strap?

Where or how do I go about getting a replacement strap for a Fendi Zucca Mamma?

Would Fendi sell me just the strap, and for how much? I'm not near a boutique, and their site is still under construction. Is there phone or email for their US headquarters?

Call any Fendi boutique, and they should give you a NY number to a place where repairs are made. I forgot the number, but the last time I wanted a strap replaced, they gave me the number. Be ready to relinquish your handbag for a while since you have to send it in for them to make any replacements or repairs on it.
