Repair or forget about it?

  1. I noticed that my mono zipped compact wallet has a tiny tear in the area that houses the outside zipped compartment. It's the part where the two compartments are joined. I have no idea how it could have happened.

The wallet was purchased in May 2006 and is outside of the warranty period now. This is the 2nd thing to happen to it (the entire interior card slot panel was replaced in January and I didn't get the wallet back until April!). The tear doesn't affect my ability to use it, but I'm just annoyed . I don't want the wallet to be held up in a factory somewhere for another 3 months.

    What should I do?

  3. Yeah I'd take it in.

  4. hmmm. i know how annoying those things can be, but i think you should take it in, and if it means another lengthy fix, then i say leave it.

  5. i would take it in and ask if they can do anything

  6. Thanks, everyone- I guess I shouldn't be lazy about it! I'll take it in and see what they say.

  7. I agree with the others..... Take it in. What is the worst thing they can tell you, they can't do anything for you?

I always believe it is at least worth trying.

  8. take it in, they should be able to do something for you.

  9. hmmmmm.....it depend on how annoyed you are....if it bugs you, then get it looked at, with an estimate...IMO, its very minor....

  10. Definitely show the SA & hopefully they can get it repaired for you!
