  1. New game!

    You post a link with a stream (f.ex. youtube.com or veoh.com) of a song
Then the next person rates it f.ex. 5/10 and gives a short explanation.

It could be a music video, a performance or whatever as long as it's a piece of music.

I'll start posting an old "classic":

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=F-3brRCRsA8

    Shakira Whenever Wherever

(then the next poster could would write something like "2/6 I hate this annoying song, heard it too many times, getting on my nerves. Next song Nelly Furtado - Maneater + link")

I figured this could be a great way for everyone to discover new music from across the globe too!

    Happy Gaming!

  2. First off, THANK YOU for not posting Hips Don't Lie!

I like Hips Don't Lie, but there are only SO many times I can hear it!

    I give this a 10!

    I like the song.

She gets bonus points for bellydancing like that.

She also gets bonus points for the line: "Lucky that my breasts are small and humble so you don't confuse them with mountains."

It's fun to sing along to! I like it!

    My turn!

  3. Nope, do NOT like Bjork. 6/10
(That's because the video is indeed really artistic)

    How about:
    Modest Mouse - The View
    http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=kvyaMdMjxYY

I like that song, but don't like the video that much.

  4. I like the beat at the beginning and the tempo throughout the song.

I like the retro feel of the video and I like the chorus.

I'm going to have to deduct some points because I can't understand the lyrics.

    I'm going to give it a 7.

Mine: We Don't Have to Take Our Clothes Off by Jermaine Stewart

  5. 6. It's not one of my favorites.

(Although I do like this version. She sounded like she was howling the chorus in the video.)

    B21 - Darshan

The translated lyrics are as follows:

The following song is coming like Mr. Kipley
    Exceedingly Good
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Today the day will surely be wonderful
    Today will be wonderful
    Today will be wonderful
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning
Today the day will surely be wonderful
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning
    Seeing your beautiful face
My heartgoes absolutely crazy I fold my hands and say
Come and live in my heart
Some lucky guy will be the one
Seeing your beautiful face, my heartgoes absolutely crazy I fold my hands and say.
Come and live in my heart, some lucky guy will be the one
Who will be colored in the colour of your love
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Sometime you lower your eyes and giggle and while giggling you steal a glance
While giggling you steal a glance
The way you walk leisurely and swayingly on the tips of your toes.
On the tips of your toes.
Sometime you lower your eyes and giggle and while giggling you steal a glance
The way you walk leisurely and swayingly on the tips of your toes.
With your attitude who knows how many people it is going to kill
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
If you stop making false promises and if you've learned to keep your word
If you've learned to keep your word
Then whatever path you follow girl, Jagraj (the singer, self-reference) will watch for you
    Jagraj will watch for you
If you stop making false promises and if you've learned to keep your word
Then whatever path you follow girl, Jagraj (the singer, self-reference) will watch for you
As the one who loves you, from God, I will ask only for you
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.
Girl, I've seen your presence this morning, today shall be a wonderful day.

  6. I've heard that sitar (?) sample or similar a little too much. I feel like this song is a little anonynomous and it did really fail to grasp me. It still has a nice beat going (there's a reason why it's used so much) and it's ok to nod along to. The melody is a little to flat IMO.

    soo I give it a 5/10.

    Next up:

Franz Tornado - Ganguro (not actual video LOL)

  7. 7/10.

    I like how it's rock/techno fusion.

It loses points because it could easily get stuck in your head.

  8. 9/10

As a child of the 90s Nirvana has played a huge role for me during my teenage years  and I have to say Live at MTV is still one of my fav performances of all time. I really love the "quiet" side they are showing there. very beautiful song, the cover and the original.

you'll need a bit of time for this it's over 6 minutes :p

    Muse - Knights of Cydonia

  9. I like it quite a bit, it's relaxing and still has a drive to it:tup: Howeverm I felt like the different pieces sould've been a little shorter, I assume this is not the "radio edit" =P..

    ANyways, it's a 8,5 to me. =) Good song.

  10. Very energetic! I can't understand any of the words but I can only imagine that they are upbeat. I give this a 5...can't say I love it...can't say I hate it.
