I was scared too and I admit the toe box is a challenge!!! I went up 1/2 size but the length is good, just have to do some serious toe box stretching!!! I could have gone up a full size but would have needed heel grips+++. As with any CL the fit is a compromise...ok toe box with some padding or a really good fit with some toe box stretching. PM me if you want specific sizing insight as I think they are a gorgeous CL, I love the amount of toe cleavage!
