Questions about the “Damier Accessories Pouch” and “Pochette Ipanema” ??

Hey Guy I have few questions. I know this might be stupid questions. I just received my “Damier Accessories Pouch” and “Pochette Ipanema” from eLuxury. Usually I go to the LV store for purchase. This is my first time purchase from eLuxury. So I am kind of curious.

Ok here is my question.

I am a little concern about the Alignment from the bottom for Damier Accessories Pouch. Are they supposed look like this? Also my zipper metal plate got some black stuff on it. I try to clean it but can’t get it off. Is that normal?

About the “Pochette Ipanema” the R in the circle is not fully round is that supposed look like that?

Not to worry it's normal.

As for the marks on the zipper pull, that's not really normal... I'd return it and get one that doesn't have marks on the zipper pull.
