Question about Stam/little Stam clasp

Hi all.
The other day, I came pretty close to purchasing the little Stam in black. I decided to ask you all a question before doing so. I noticed that some of the stam clasps are VERY tight and therefore, the bag is difficult to open and some of the clasps are very loose, which makes me nervous that it will not continue to close over time.
Have any of you had complaints about this aspect of the bag?

Some are tight and some aren't. It just depends on the bag. So try a few out. Just an example, I tried a White Chiffon stam at Nordies and the lock was waaaay to tight. When I went to NM that same day, their White Chiffon stam lock was perfect.
