I think the metallic colors were deep purple (sorry don't know the official name), bronze and silver. In "regular" leather, I believe it came in black and ivory.
They were last released in Spring 07 (not sure about the metallic though). You might want to check the Reference Thread. I haven't seen any in the department stores lately so you might have to keep checking ebay or Last Call/Off Saks/Nordstrom Rack type stores.
