I know there are other MBB posts but I'm also going to add a bit more information about fit and my own foot so you can compare.
Madame Butterfly Bootie in Black Nappa

My foot is:
- average to wide feet
- narrow to average heel
- tapered toes
- medium to high arch
- skinny ankles
TTS worked well for me. The bootie is quite secure and the nappa leather doesn't hurt my average to wide foot at all. The top bow is a little loose because I have skinny ankles and since I also have tapered toes, they don't peek as much.
If you have NARROW feet (and skinny ankles), half size down. If you have long toes or your foot is average overall, go TTS.

Those are really beautiful, I'm so envious because whenever a shoe I like has been reduced, my size sells out too quickly (UK4/EU 37)
