PLEASE HELP - I bought a fake from the LV Store!!

I think this member likes starting threads stating that she received fake Louis Vuitton purses from authorized stores.
She also posted saying that she believed she got a fake from Saks because the hardware was chipping off her pochette.

well, not unless she posts pics of the speedy... I dont think LV would sell fakes unless thhe SA is up to somethhing... I love the smell of new LV's though....especially the epi line...

Hi I'm trying to take pics now. I would be extremely happy if it's not a fake. And I thought the pochette might be fake because I was freaking out about this one.

My mom and I have bought LV from the store for at least 15 years and have never had a problem like this. The LV SAs, while not ALWAYS the best at being able to authenticate a piece, will no doubt call in the manager if there is any doubt about authenticity.
In other words, I highly doubt you bought a fake bag from the Louis Vuitton store.

It has some vinyl smell..I don't know how to say it...it has brand new LV bag smell..

Why don't you try to post the pics of:

Date code ( the number behind the pocket flap)

Dust bag

The louis vuitton stamp (outside on the leather tab Louis Vuitton Paris Made in USA or France)

Inside and outside of bag

Keys and lock


I am sure others want to see the pics as well

Im having a really hard time believing that the actual Louis Vuitton store would sell a fake. There is no way that someone would be able to return a fake and not get caught.
