As for what colours they come in I am no 100% sure. I do think that they only came in this 1 colour, so I was told by my SA. Ring up your local Fendi and see if they have them. All you have to say is the heels that match the blueberry spy. I don't know about the rest of the world but they were on sale here so I don't know if there are many left. Good luck!
