How can I get a pen mark off of my new Burberry purse.

How can I get a pen mark off of my new Burberry purse.

Is it canvas or leather? If it is canvas, try white cold cream. Rub it with a white cotton cloth, like an old T-shirt. Also, (if it is not leather) white milk. Rub in circles. Another option is castor oil.
