PayPal transaction limit?!

  1. Well, you learn something every day. Did you know that PayPal has a $10,000 limit on the amount of money you can send in one transaction?
So, for instance, if you were to go crazy and buy like a Rolls Royce on eBay and want to pay for it with PayPal (hahaha!) you would have to do like 200 transactions!

I wonder if it's because of Federal law?
  2. hmm so that is why i have to do the echeck? which gives them 3 -5 days to do whatever with your money  moneymarket !!!

mmm are you eyeballing something in that price range, oh is it black? you deserve it?
  3. and to add my cc lets me do higher amounts, but still paypal only offers the echeck ?
  4. Yes, I knew that. It states it right there on the screen where you type in the amount that you want to send.
  5. Yeah, it's to stop fraudulent CC activity.
If someone pinched your card, they'd have a whale of a time if there was no spending limit on Paypal.
They'd have that Rolls in the click of a mouse, with no trace.
  6. I feel $10,000 is a lot already....
  7. Yeah I think $10,000 is alot as well.
  8. Maybe that's the flag for them to do the Suspicious Activity Report paperwork.
